Kids Rocking Cancer’s entertainment and bonding workshops are conducted by professionals.  They will provide quality and fun time for Rockers and their families. The workshops are followed by information sessions provided in cooperation with oncology professionals who are trained to address the social and emotional needs of children and their families who are affected by cancer, and to provide a hands-on experience through expert-led discussions.

Following the bonding workshops age-appropriate discussions and informational programs are led by oncology professionals who will discuss topics of importance to Rockers and their families such as:
·    Psychosocial effects of the cancer experience.
·    Importance of communication with family, caregivers, and others.
·    Silver lining of increased compassion from the cancer experience.
·    The positive effects of helping other children.
·    Clarifying myths and misconceptions about cancer.

Giving Forward - Helping Kids
·    Helping other kids and Rocking their attitudes.
·    Rockers discuss and select your Rockers' Projects. (please email your suggestions)
·    Kids Rocking Cancer will help Rockers give forward to kids in need.

Kids Rocking Cancer encourages and assists Rockers and their peers to discuss, select, and take on projects in support of other children.  Kids are great decision makers.  Kids Rocking Cancer will help Rockers deliver the programs of their choice to help children in need.  Rockers will experience the highest satisfaction in life, the one of giving.  That Rocks.

Kids Rocking Cancer's web site is designed to be simple and practical.  Its main objective is
to provide Rockers with all the tools to Rock Cancer with their attitudes and empower them through their chosen Rockers' Projects that help other children in need.  It also provides Rockers, their families, and supporters updated information on Kids Rocking Cancer's Programs as well as Rockers' efforts in giving forward.  Every one is encouraged to share thoughts and suggestions that can assist us deliver the best and most effective services to an ever increasing community of Rockers and their families, and through them help other children in need.   Rockers Rock.
